hσpper Coffee Co started in a backyard roaster and an unrelenting passion for what coffee can truly become. We source directly from smallholder farms across Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Guatemala, and Honduras.

We roast light, intentionally. No hiding behind the roast. Just the terroir, the farmer's craft, and yours.
